When will my order ship?
Drop 01 pre-orders ship by December 7, 2026. Everything else is made to order and ships within 4 weeks. The ship date for the size and colour you pick is shown on the product page, right under the Pre-order button.
When am I charged?
Pre-orders are charged at checkout.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us your order number.
How do the hoodies and sweatpants fit?
Hoodies are an oversized, boxy fit with dropped shoulders. Sweatpants are a relaxed fit with ribbed ankle cuffs. If you're between sizes, message us and we'll help you choose.
Can I buy just the hoodie or just the sweatpants?
Yes. Every design comes as the full set or as either piece on its own. Choose under Style on the product page.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, with tracking. Duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Can I return an item?
If your item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and refund you in full. Otherwise all sales are final. See Shipping & Returns for details.
