Shipping
- Drop 01 pre-orders ship by December 7, 2026.
- Made-to-order pieces ship within 4 weeks of your order.
- All orders ship from Brantford, Ontario, with tracking. In Canada we ship by Canada Post or Purolator; to the United States by DHL Express or FedEx.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For US orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email hello@sweaterandsole.com with your order number.
Returns
- If your item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and refund you in full to your original payment method within about 10 business days of receiving the item.
- Otherwise all sales are final. We don't offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, fit or size, so please check the size details on each product page and message us with any questions before you order.
